The proposed architectural concept for this project is based on the integration and precise delineation of spaces, aiming to optimize functionality and comfort for the residents.

The open floor plan, seamlessly integrating the living room, kitchen, and gourmet area, serves as the focal point of the design brief. The continuous sightline from the entrance hall to the gourmet area creates a unified spatial perception, emphasizing the fluidity of the environment and promoting family interaction with smooth circulation between the spaces.

The private area is carefully separated from the social area by a large panel with a concealed door, ensuring privacy and tranquility for moments of rest.

Finishes were selected in a harmonious palette of neutral and natural tones, creating a serene atmosphere throughout the space.

The integration of modern technologies, such as home automation systems and intelligent lighting, complements the architectural approach, enhancing both comfort and energy efficiency for the residents.
